  Was looking for a quality instrument - tried a few in various local shops (all were a bit over priced and underwhelming) then found a rather forgotten used Taylor upstairs at BG, played it and fell in love. I wanted to be sure so went back a few days later. They cleaned the guitar, set it up (plus new strings) and I sat and played it, chatted, had tea and agreed a very good price for a beautiful instrument. Couldn't be happier. Relaxed atmosphere, staff are musicians and treat customers with care and respect. I also tried some Furch guitars, which are beautifully made beasts, but the old Taylor did it for me :) I bought an Ortega concert ukulele from them a couple of years ago too - also a nice instrument. Best guitar shop in town.
