  Great shop to go to. Even if you can't find what you're looking for, it's still worth going there. Brighton has more record shops than most other places I've been to.

  Well laid out store with good content but modern customer service is lacking. Some of the staff seem to be sleepwalking through the job. I am a 60 year old man who loves spending money on music but I am ignored in favour of the skinny bearded hipsters discovering vinyl for the first time. Recently purchased a CD box set which I discovered had content missing, I was told that was how it came. Also last year asked them to order a box set and was told five weeks later they could not get it for me, went on Amazon and got it the next day. Not sure about this place at all.
